How does this work?

Quite simply!
Set up a link like the following on your site:
<a href="http://www.poplist.de/poplist.php?t=X">YOUR TEXT</a>
You need to replace X with the title ID.

An example: The link <a href="http://www.poplist.de/poplist.php?t=8830">Liste Arcade Fire - The Suburbs</a>
calls poplist with all positionings of the title "Arcade Fire - The Suburbs" in the best-of-lists.

How do I get the title ID?

Below this text you find a collection of all titles contained in poplist in alphabetical ascending order.
On the right hand site you find in green lettering the ID of the title.
By the way: the title is shown as a link. Clicking this link will immediately display
the appearance of this link in poplist.
